We're so excited to send a little bookish magic your way - whether it's via mail or straight into your hands at a pop-up! Here's how shipping and local pickup works at The Mossy Spine.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. During busy seasons or special launches, please allow a bit of extra time - we promise it's worth the wait!

Shipping Rates & Times

Shipping is available within the U.S. only for now (sorry international friends). Rates are calculated at checkout based on location and weight. Orders typically ship via USPS or UPS, and most arrive within 3-7 business days.

Local Pickup

Are you local? Want to skip the shipping? Send us an email at themossyspine@gmail.com. You'll receive an email when your order is ready, along with pickup details (either at our next pop-up or designated location). Please pickup your order within 10 days of notification unless we've arranged otherwise. Your order may be subject to cancellation if it has not been picked up within this time frame.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number by email. If it's missing, check your spam folder or contact us.

Shipping Address Tips

Make sure your address is correct at checkout - orders returned due to address errors will be reshipped at your expense.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once your order is in the hands of USPS or UPS, we cannot guarantee delivery times. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number - we'll take care of you!
