Refund Policy

At The Mossy Spine, we want you to love everything you bring home - whether it's a new favorite read or the candle that smells like your latest book boyfriend. If something isn't quite right, here's how we handle returns.

Pop-Up Shop Purchases

All sales are final at in-person events, unless an item is damaged or defective. If that's the case, please reach out within 7 days of purchase and we'll do our best to make it right.

Online Orders

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Books must be in new condition - no cracked spines, bent pages or covers, or coffee stains (we've been there too).

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please email us at themossyspine@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation and product availability.

Custom & Seasonal Items

Items like limited-edition or holiday-themed merch are final sale unless damaged.
